its happened only two days now and it hurts to urinate after masturbating.
i feel like i have to urinate but little or nothing comes out
what is going on?

this probably happens because you masterbate too much
it can be a sideeffect of over masterbating or doing it too often

You can see a doctor about STD if you been with someone.
If you have not and just masturbate, Then you might be using a lubricant like soap or shampoo excetra. See a doctor still.
