it is safe to take seroquel and lexapro while trying to conceive?

I'm trying to get pregnant and want to know if it would pose any harm to continue taking seroquel and lexapro? would it make conceiving harder? please respond promptly as I ovulate this next week- thanks- fitz8

I dont know about conception on seroquel but I took it up to 75 milligrams during the whole third trimester of my pregnancy and my baby is healthy. I also took ambien and valium during the first and second trimesters by prescription and ok from my ob doc and psychiatrist.
