itchiness and blood

Ive had a small abormal lump of sorts in my anus for a while. it gets extremely itchy at times. never pain


and today when i sat down on the toilet , twice. both times there was blood when i wiped. and in the toilet
i feel absolutely no pain or itchiness however
there is jsut blood

im 17. did no drinking recently.
