i am very much worried about by problem

i am homo guy and i had some sex partners
i never allowed anyone to penetrate penis in to my ass
i have white discharge around penis from my 13 year age
now im 25 year
last 10 days i have itchness around my penis and also white discharge around penis , and penis is reddish when i have removed the white discharge
my penis is uncut,the red forehead is covered fully with skin.
Is it the symtom of hiv +
i didnt have any other symtoms
like weight loss illness dry cough etc

i am expecting your fast reply soon sir
