itchy burning penis after a lengthy sex session

two days ago i had unprotected sex with a trusted partner

it lasted over 3 hours over intercourse and now im regreting it

my penis has come out in bloches and really itches and burns

ive been keeping it clean and rubbing anticeptic cream over it but its not soothing it at all

is this simply friction realated or is it more serious?

You do not mention if you partner is male or female.

Did you do anal sex also in these 3 hours?
Most likely anal sex could have caused this- an infection.

If no anal, then you've had a lot friction and movement, so could just be sore. Laughing
