itchy rash thats spreding! what is it? quite worried

i noticed a rash about 4 days ago but didnt really think much of it, but now it seems to have spread a fair bit and is now starting to get itcy.

it started off as red blobs of differnt sizes, now they seem to be getting dry and really itchy. the main parts effected are under my arms and there is a fair few on my chest as well. also noticed yesterday its spread on to my neck a bit and also seems to have spread down to my waist.

any one got any ideas? it wasnt really itchy when it first appeared, but now its quite itchy and annoying!

I just was researching this because I just had it come up. Did you find out what it was and how to cure it?
