itchy vagina and discharge but not an std wat can it be?

i am female and 20years old. i have recently found out that i have polycystic ovaries. and go for regular checks which r very embarrassing but i am sure that i dont have an std. but the past few days my vagina has become very itchy. unbearable itchy!! i also have a bit of discharge. it makes me feel like i have to go to the toilet. i no i should go to the doctor but i have been that much lately, and having doctors check down is embarrasing. im sick of it so i though someone out there mite be able to help does anyone no wat it is and wat wil clear it up?

I have the same problem, it seems to only happen after sex. I get cysts as well when I don't take birth control.

Anyone?

I also have polysystic ovararian syndrome and have just given birth. I developed this bad itch during pregnancy and it is so bad that I scratch daily. The doctors have said that it is from not washing properly but that is a bunch of sh*t! They have given me a steroid cream that doesn't work either. They make it sound as if I am imagining this itch. Not in my wildest imagination can I dream this torture up. I think it has to do with the cystic ovaries but I am not sure. If there is anything that helps let me know!
