its 4th day but period not started..... can it be pregnancy

plz help !!!!!
my gf's periods starts normally on 24th of month but this time it is 27 today and not started yet, we had a hugs n kisses just on 20th and she jst touched my penis after that she washed her vagina in bthroom but we are 99% sure that my sperms were not interfere with her genitals .... we are worried she got temperature on 24th and still persisting....can it be posiible stage of pregnancy?..... what can be the cause of delay in period...? its 3rd day it is not started yet ......plz tell us what should we do?
can any medicine help us?should she take medicine? without any side effect.........
