Hello! Is there anybody who has tried Blood type diet? I have tried so many diets and of course, sometimes they would work, sometimes they wouldn’t. However, I was thinking about something that I can eat as much as I want, not to starv myself but with restrictions of course. It seems to me this blood type diet would be ok. Is there anybody who has tried it? Thx for the info!

Hi there! Well, I don’t know. Maybe there is some truth in it, I am no expert but I know of this story. It has to do with weight loss and with health. My neighbor had cancer ( colon or something ), he was operated, and after the surgery he went on a blood type diet. After a couple of months both his weight and health were stabilized. But, the thing is that he followed this diet as it was written. His whole family made sure he ate proper things. So, there may be some truth in it.
