i just want to no i dont want to take a test yet i just dont no wat to think really help like i said ive ad 2 periods in 1 month and wen this happens it normally means im pregnant

does these mean that i might be pregant.i have my period twice this month it is now oct.2007,i have my period the 6th of this month it stayed on regular for 5 days now the 30th of this month it's back again is it possible that i'm pregant?
