Your body is going to give you cravings for a few months after quiting, and that is one of the ways your brain is making you smoke. Its trying to convince you that quiting is bad, because your body has now become dependent on nicotine. One of the best stop smoking aids is the Resolve lozenge, it does taste bad when you first start taking it, but you can continue smoking and cut down very slowly while using it. Just like any other healthy thing for you, your taste buds are going to reject it. For the first little while you can go ahead and smoke right after having a lozenge(to get rid of the taste), gradually you will just stop smoking because that is what the lozenge is intended for. And it is cheaper than the patch or gum, and you are not expected to quit cold turkey. You can get it at Walmart.

Resolve was recalled by Health Canada. It cannot be sold in Canada. I took it before the recall and I had kidney failure. Do not take this product you may be having a reaction like I had.
