I train judo for five years now, and I can freely say that I am very good at it. I also entered competition tournaments and was successful there too. Since tournaments are very exhausting, I am trying to find a way for relaxing my body. Since judo came from Japan I was thinking maybe Japanese massage. Is it that good as people say it is?

Well, you are participating in something that came from Japan and it is doing you good, right? Japanese massage is called shiatsu. In 20th century, Masunaga and Namikoshi introduced this massage technique to outside world and because of his effectiveness, it became very popular.
It is based on yin and yang teachings and also five elements teachings. If you can find experienced therapist, I recommend you should try shiatsu.
