| I recently moved to a new neighborhood, two weeks ago, actually. It took me that much time to move my stuff from my ex husband's apartment and now I'm on my own. Living with my ex completely changed my former life. If we leave aside mental stability that I've almost lost, there’s a big problem concerning extra weight I got during that stressful period of my life. I'm returning to jogging running, I'll even buy a puppy Labrador; when he grows up a bit he'll be my jogging running partner. I really know how to fix things in my life, don't you think? |

| It's a good thing that you're trying to move on with you life, and leave everything bad behind. jogging running could help you a lot there. You ran before, so you certainly know that during running, endorphin secretion increases, and that hormone we all call "happy hormone" because of the euphoria it makes. Also, you are well aware that a good run can help you clear your mind so that you can get a better perspective of your problems. But it seems that you are already on a good road to your life's salvation. |
