Does anyone have some info on epileptic seizures triggered by lighting and any opinion on it to? I just experienced one.

I suffer from this type of seizures myself; those are usually psychogenic seizures. I am not saying you are crazy don't get me wrong. They can be triggered by traumatic events in his life. As far as the lighting goes, some epileptic seizures can be triggered by strobing or flashing lights. Strobe lights and lighting have been associated with triggering seizures.
