Seroquel is a serotonin regulator. Serotonin is a brain hormone that regulates sleep. Ask your doctor for this, or possibly Lunesta? Lunesta claims to keep you asleep through the night? I would take a smaller dose of Seroquel at first, it really gets you very drowsy.

Hiya,

How long have you been on your medication? If it's only a few weeks then they still might be "kicking in", they take a good few weeks to really start.

If you have been taking them for a while, I would go back to your doctor. it is very possible your medication is causing the side effects such as disturbed sleep and loss of appetite, you may need to have the medication changed.

Good luck!
