my kid has red pimples on her right armpit and they have been there for over a month should i be worrying Sad

HAs her/his started growing yet? These could be infected ingrown hairs. It happens to me often. They take a long time to go away. Maybe aplying some antibiotic ointment would aid in getting rid of them.....even better....why not see a dermatologist for the appropriate treatment?
