| Hi. I am a woman 51 years old and my mother had kidney issues a while ago, and now I think that it can maybe happen to me, too. I wouldn't recognize a common cold, rather less kidney infection. Could you perhaps explain me a little about the symptoms of kidney infection so I could recognize it. |

| Believe me, if you ever get a kidney infection, you will recognize it in a second. For first, you will have an urge to urinate often. Than, the burning sensation when you do urinate, strong urine odor, blood or pus in urine and a possible fever. Believe me, it is not nice at all. If you ever get these symptoms, that will be it. But don't worry, the infection isn't long lasting – maybe a week or so, and the symptoms clear up before that. |
