| Hey, i wonder if anyone can help. In nov i had an inflamed sternum which cleared up, but it scared me as i was on my own and quite isolated. since then i have felt up tight and i cant seem to shake this knot in my chest. its worse when i'm home alone, so i know its anxiety stemming from that night, i'm seeing a counsellor, do you think it'll clear up in the end? i also have other stresses at the mo such as job worries. |
