Hello! I have had a hard knot on my scrotum for quite some time now. It is not painful and I have a feeling like it is floating around in my testicle. I am kind of worried because I know that cancer doesn’t hurt, right?
Well, there are two options. This painless knot may be testicular cancer, but it may also be a noncancerous spermatocele. In both cases, you should visit a doctor especially in the first case because testicular cancer is treated if diagnosed and found in time. Good luck!
