I have intention to use macrobiotic foods. My sister has tried it and she was very pleased with the results. She feels much healthier and she has lost some weight. Now she looks like a doll. I want to follow her example. But I have heard that there is kushi macrobiotic. Can you tell me something about it?

Macrobiotic is part of Eastern medicine. It is healthy way of life relaying on philosophy of yin and yang. Kushi is the family which has opened the first natural food store in the US. It was founded by Michio and Aveline Kushi. They have tried to encourage people to accept macrobiotic lifestyle. Their meals are consisting of whole grains, beans, fresh vegetables, seasonal fruits and seeds. Kushi teaches us to undertake activities like running, walking, biking, meditation, chanting and visualization.
