I've had hypothroidism for years and have finally learned how to loose weight. I also am going thru pre-menopause. I've been on synthroid and recently I supplemented my synthroid, with a natural thyroid helper loaded with L-tyroisine. I am on low carbonate diet and I am feeling good for now.

Is there any supplement that I can use for my thyroid? I had been taking extra l-tyroisine but stopped recently. Since the thyroiditis is an immune reaction, I was worried that I’ve been using wrong oils in diet which have been harming my immunity and caused yeast infections. Can you give me some tips about your diet?
