I have been having the same problem for the last three years and am considering surgery, but I am afraid it will just grow back. I have tried to find information online but there seems to be little available. Have you found out the reason for the unusual growth?

Not to say this applies to any of the above posters, but I think labia trimming for cosmetic reasons is ill-advised. Some pornstars do it because they also may be ill-advised. Please don't be ill-advised. Labia is a unique and natural part of womanhood. Large labia is just as valid as any other sized labia. Work with it and unleash the foxy from within.

My right labia is also growing. I am very freaked out. i started having sex about two years ago and they were the same. And after about a year and a half i started noticing it being larger. now it hangs out and is just plain uncomfortable and gross.

i just dont understand why it is growing and i can't find any info on it.
if you know please reply thank you!
