| i had labiaplasty this past friday (today is wednesday). beginning friday night i noticed that the top (under the clitoris) looked very large and swollen and hard. of course i knew that swelling was to be expected, but it looked large compared to the suture lines down below. the hardness became worse and is protruding out, so much so that it rubs my underwear when i walk and it's terribly uncomfortable and painful. there are also large red bumps coming out of where it is very hard. this area is so hard it feels like little pebbles are underneath the surface. by monday i was so scared that i called the dr. and was in to see him that afternoon. he told me that this was normal, and that the hardness was the sutures. i suppose that made me feel a little better, but it is now wednesday and the area is still hard as a rock, very large and has red bumps protruding from the area. i wanted to see if anyone else has experienced anything like this afterwards?? i'm especially concerned bc the suture lines themselves are looking very good, it's just the area at the top where the sutures begin that seems like something might be wrong. please, anyone experiencing anything similar please let me know if this gets better! i'm very scared right now. thank you! |
