Hello. I am a guy 21 years old and I have noticed that there is more than one type of vegetarians. I am not sure what lacto ovo stands for. I thought that there was only one. Could you explain me this. I was thinking of becoming a vegetarian, and I want to be as much unformatted as I can. Thanks in advance.
Lacto ovo vegetarians are vegetarians that unlike the total vegetarians and vegans eat both diary products, and eggs too. That is not a statement like the aforementioned two. Those guys don't want to kill animals, but eat products that come from them. There are also types of vegetarians that eat fish, or poultry, and they are listed as vegetarians. Hope I helped.
