recovery time? the decompression was severe. I have M.S which may be slowing things down.In the morning it is a very slow start. At night i seem to be able to walk a little without any aids.My neurosurgeon said it can take up to 16 months. Can i do anything to speed up the ability to walk. Currently i try to do aqua exercises. Can i do anything to make my back stronger it feels very weak at present. I was operated end June 2007. I take 5mg baclofen for spasms and voltaren for inflammation when needed. Any thing else to speed up the recovery? Petra 56 years old
