I think it is possible to make laproscopic surgery for tricep. It is like liposuction. But, better ask these professionals.
Isn’t it better to do it “the healthy” way? At least you would know tricep is “your product” and would grow it bigger. I think laproscopic surgery cannot make your tricep bigger.
