large ? in vaginal area

Tonight when I went to the bathroom I noticed something very strange. When I bear down this large something appears in my vaginal area. It is not painful. I am not sure what this is and I am also on my period. Any suggestions as to what it might be.

Well it would be helpful if you described this large something. It is impossible to say much when you didn’t provide us with any info describing the large thing, where exactly it was situated and if it occurred after unprotected sex or something.
Depending on you age, you could have develop cervical polyp. Sometime cervical polyps detach from the cervix on their own during periods or sexual intercourses. But then it would be seen on your panties as a large blood clot or something. If this thing is attached to any of your vaginal part, it would be wise to have it checked by a doc.
If it looks like a cyst or a small ball or an egg, it could be some kind of cyst or an inflammation.
However, only a professional will be able to tell you what this large thing really is.
