hey
i have those small spots around the base of my nob. and one got really big and sore the other day. i tried to squeese it and now it has gotten sore and turned purple. is there anything i can do to it to get rid of it. (without telling anyone(well except the people reading) ) im only 16 and i havent had sex

make sure it's not an artery. I got freaked out once because a couple of the arteries in my penis swelled. That's normal.
Otherwise, if I were you, I would go see a doc, expecially if you have been masturbating with saliva and have had a cold sore some time rescently.
