large nodes in my daughters stomach.

hello

my 5 year old daughter was suffering from stomach pains and vomiting on and off. we thought that her food pipe had shrunk and the doctor told us also that she will out grow this problem
3 days back her stomach pain started and did not stop. the ultrasound showed lot of nodes in her stomach, also a large node about 15 mm touching or very near her appendix which was also slightly swollen

she is on medication now CEFIM DS . anyone please guide me in this matter. are these nodes supposed to be removed by surgery or can they become normal themselves.

everytime she used to bend over double when feeling motion too, but after doing motion , she would be fine.
