hello! I got together with a girl who is two years older than me and who seems to be really keen on sex. I am haven’t been sexually active as much and most of my orgasms came from masturbation where I learn to ejaculate rather quickly. Is there a technique or a product where I could learn how to postpone my ejaculation, so that I could last longer. Thank you

I learned to hold my pelvic muscles and therefore prolong sexual act during urination and masturbation. I would first let some flow while urinating and then hold it and so on. This is how I made my pelvic muscles strong, which I use now to postpone ejaculation. But you see, you may not even need to prolong ejaculation. You need to find other ways to stimulate and excite your woman like to perform an oral sex
or prolong foreplays. Talk to hear about her likes and dislikes. This is the best way to learn about her body and the best and easiest way to satisfy her. Some women enjoy foreplay more than actual sex.
