late period : took cortisone and zithromax this month, test negative.

im am 23 year of age i dint get my period this month and im so scared that im pregnant.i was making a test but the result is not pregnant,Is this possible? its more than a month i didnt get my period pls help me..my period is always late but now im having a daubt.what should i do we are not ready yet to be pregant
