late period possible pregnancy?

i was on seasonal for the past year and didn't get a period i stopped taking the pill a month ago and still haven't got a period and its driving me crazy i am wondering if i am pregnant i have took some test and they have been negative yet i am up all hours of the night peeing and have had cramps for like 2 weeks now not bad but like a slight discomfort i've been moody and tired so i don't know what's going on have i tested too early mybe?
