leaking breast while using mirena birth control

I have had the mirena birth control in since last december. Now my breast seem to be leaking what I think is milk. I have gained weight in the last month, I only had very small amounts of bleeding from my period (which I know is normal w/ an IUD)I'm very sleepy all the time. I did take a pregnancy test 2 days ago but it came up negative. What could be going on? Confused

i am having the same problem. i am all the pregnancy signs i have fatigue nausa sore breasts weight gain and change in appitite all the pregnancy test i take come back negaitvie and my doctor won't get me in what did you do about this?
