left ear pressure, temple pain

hi,

Around 3 months ago i was perscribed diazipam and beta blockers for stress headaches. A nice holiday and a couple of weeks off work I was fine... mood grately improved and no more headaches.

Recently (for about 3 weeks) I have had a build up of pressure in my left ear, this is often accompanied by pressure in the left temple - I have never had this before and is often constant all day... but made worse my visual display or speaking to people... anyone... sometimes in a 'stressful' situation for instance a meeting the pressure build up will often turn into sharp pains on the crown of my head and a general fullness in the left part of my head (at the back). the diazipam and beta blockers do not alleviate these symptoms like they did before!

The docter says this is stress related, but i really am not stressed out at all. Its starting to ruin my life. i find it difficult to work, socialise or relax. these symtoms are making me stressed, not the other way round!

Im 25, male. exercise regularly.

Any help?
