I’ve been felling burning pain in an upper part of the abdomen. It is more on the left side but I can’t tell for sure, sometimes it seems to me like it is whole upper part of the body. The pain spreads on the back to. I suspect on pancreas, but I don’t know for sure. I intend to visit a physician, but I work a lot and I just can’t find time to check this.

It sounds to me like you are suffering from pancreatitis. My husband had pancreatitis and his symptoms were burning abdominal pain radiating to the back. I think that means that your pancreas has been inflamed. This is very serious condition, even life threatening. It can lead to complication, like kidney failure and other conditions. You should seek for medical attention immediately!

It could be a kidney infection. Does it hurt if pressure is put on your side?
