hello i am a 27 halthy man
when i was 7 i had surgery i had hernia and my left testical was able to hide inside ,
since then the testical stay down but he is not free and any touch can
hurt a lot ... alsow in sex
the testical very small comer to the other
and i dont even know if it functible...
please help

Well, you should have seen a doctor since it started happening. It is really impossible to say anything without having a look at it.

Did you have a follow up after the surgery to see if everything worked out well?

If the testicle is much smaller, maybe there was some damage to the spermatic cord vessels and damage to the vas deferens and now the blood flow is impaired. Groin or scrotal operations carry small risk of damaging or losing the testicles.

Many children and adults suffer from chronic post-op pain. Most of the time, the cause is found but sometimes it isn’t. You won’t know for sure until you see an urologist. He may order imaging studies like X-rays, MRI or a CT scan to have a proper look into your genital area to see what is going on.
