left testical pain after weight lifting

im 16 years old and im having a left testical pain caused by deadlift in powerlifting. the back of my lefty has sharp pain and often pain goes up into the cords taht are attached to my testical. if i dont have any support on it to hold it up and not hang it hurts 10x worse! i dunno what it is iv been to a docter he said i didnt have a hurnia so i dunno what to do

This is probably a harniated groin. i would have it looked at by a medical professional! Hope this helps. Dont worry I have had one for 20 years and still lift weights. There is treatment and healing time required.
