I just started taking suboxone (6mg/day) to come off of methadone (down to 24 mg/day). I am having awful side effects (headache, anxiety, clenched jaw, panic attacks, insomnia, etc.). I am also worried that it is not compatible with Lexapro - I take 20 mg a day. The lexapro has been great at controlling my depression and anxiety until now. Does anyone know how suboxone and lexapro mix? Also any advise for getting off the suboxone and/or controlling the side effects? I go to a clinic where the doc cannot prescribe anything but sub or methadone. thanks!
