Hi all. I have one question - is lichen simplex chronicus considered vulvadynia? Is there help for this problem?? I saw my dermatologist and the ointment is not helping!! Thanks for answers!!
I have also had problems with lichen simplex chronicus. I think it may be due to latex or lubricant but I’m not sure. I’ve been taking Polaramine for it and it has helped me a lot. But, however, the pain continues.

I was hoping for some help on this topic. My grandmother has a bad case of lichen simplex chronicus and we are at a loss as to what to do. She is also sufferring from senile dementia and is very forgetful. The best suggested remedy for this, to stop itching, doesn't work for her b/o she keeps forgetting not to itch. The creams haven't really helped.
