can i still lift weights and still be good at cardio?

yes you can still lift weight and be good at cario,but remeber when you do a cardio work out make sure its more than 20 minutes to get the full benfit out of it

On our way to the Div. 4 State Champions in 2004 HS football, the major workout we did was all in the weight room. A great workout will actually increase your cardio level; a proper workout will sap your energy, I almost guarantee every player went from the weight room and took a nap.
