| i just turned 16 two weeks ago and i've been having sex with my boyfriend for over a year without ever using birthcontrol but a few months ago he stoppped pulling out before he would come so i'm worried i might be pregnant because we had intercourse on almost every other day of these past few months and i was due for my period on the 14th of may but on the 13th i began spotting a slightly pink then slightly browish disharge and that lasted for about 17 days and there were a few days in there where i didn't see any of the disharge but i never got a real period that month and now i'm due for my period this weekend the 10th and 11th of june. o yea and i took a pregnancy test and it came out negative but i think i took it too early and it wasn't a very reliable brand. i wouldn't really be worried if me and my boyfriend were actually trying to have a baby but we really needa kno asap if i am pregnant so if anyone has any input it would be greatly appriciated. |

since that post i haven't gotten another period and i'm over 3 weeks late but i have already taken another hpt about a week or so ago and it came out negative, i'm trying to c if i can get a blood pregnancy test because i heard that the hpts aren't very reliable but i'm wondering if anyone has any advice for me, it would be greatly appriciated. for awhile i didn't think it was possible for me to be pregnant especially with a negative hpt but something has started to change my mind because i kno that breast sworeness is a sign of pregnancy and my breasts were not swore so i figured i wouldn't bother worrying about it and then my breasts became rather swore and i still jus figured ok well that just means i'm gonna get my period in 4 days or less because that is my tell tale sign that i'm going to get my period well that was over a week ago and still no period so i'm really begining to worry. i can't talk about this to my parents because they would flip and terrible things would happen, don't get me wrong if i'm pregnant i'll tell them right away, i'm not one to abort but i can't see worrying them if i'm not certain yet. if anyone has any advice or an encourging word at all it would be greatly appriciated. thanks. |

No offense meant, but having unprotected sex, even if he pulls out, leads to pregnancy!
If you were pregnant, it would almost be EXPECTED! You do not need parental consent for birth control services...
You are putting yourself at risk for pregnancy!!!
WITH THIS bleeding you do need to see a gynecologist, who would most likely want to put you on birth control.
Being 16 is not old enough to be able to properly and entirely care for a baby. |

I can't say that I have any clue as to what is wrong with you, but I STRONGLY suggest you see a doctor IMMEDIATELY! You may have an STD or infection that can be easily cleared up. There are conditions that left UNTREATED could result in not being able to have children in the future. I would definitely not delay seeing a doctor if I were you. I would seek emergency care immediately. I hope that all goes well for you. |

YES, PLEASE SEE your doctor so they can stop this bleeding my dear!
Your fertility may not even be in question, but it could be if you do not seek help. |
