lightheaded, headeachs, some times pain in chest, some nausa

i have seen 3 doctors because of having a pain in my chest, i thought maybe i had a heart problem but was told that there was nothing wrong with my heart. they also checked my blood to make sure it was normal....after the chest pain started i started geting head eachs almost on a dayly basis & nausa, heartburn, & now & then i get light headed. i went back in to the doc but was told that they beleived it to be stress. i was given pills to take but since i have trouble swollowing them i never took them. i never told my doctor this because i didnt think it had anything to do with this but a short time b4 all of this started i was taking a nap & tryed to ajust my body & some how poped my neck, i couldnt move it for about a week without it hurting. could this have anything to do with this? its been almost 2 years & i still deal with all of this & feel like i'm going crazy because when i go in they tell me that nothing is wrong. what should i do? is this really just stress or is there something else it could be?
