lightheadedness and stomach pain

Hi, im just 19 years old and have been very lightheaded for the past week nonstop. It will randomly worsen about once a day and i'll have to lay down and turn off any noises around me. I have been getting random periods of lightheadedness with really bad stomach pain for almost a year, but recently it is nonstop. And it seems to happen after i eat foods high in sugar (like after a soda or a few cookies). I have gotten a CT scan and it was regular. Does anyone think it could be related to a stomach problem like an ulcer? or should i be tested for diabetes, anxiety, hypoglycemia? im just having a hard time deciding on which type of doctor to see! please help, thank youuu.

Did you ever discover the problem? I've been feeling the same lightheadedness for over a year. And now accompanied by stomach pain. Sick of feeling this in my head!
