i am a male of 15 years.i have been masturbating since 10 months now and in the first month only my cheeks became very sunken,and my face became very thin and slowly my eyes also became sunken and my hair became dry and i started feeling very weak and tired throughout the day.please suggest me some remedy to get back to normal

Eat a well balanced diet, drink alot of water and other hydrating fluids, get enough excercise and make good friends.

(and don't obsess wtih your habit).

Work on what you can offer a partner in terms of your personality. trust me there's nothing like the real thing baby. MASTURBATION is overrated
