| Hello. I am a guy who is 19 years old and I am practicing long distance running. It is great and good for you, and all that, but it sometimes gets kind of lonely. I run for 30 kilometers (once a week), and I see many things during the day, but I have to be alone for a whole day, and that is a bummer. |

| I just know how lonely can it get. I am a pro, and I have to run like this daily. There is two options that I have when I go running. I can put some music on (bring some player with me), or, I can go running with some friends of mine. Maybe it is not good for you to run alone, because soon enough, you will be wanting to quit. Just a thought. If you run distances like that, don’t even think of going running without a mp3 player. |
