Hello, I am a guy who is 29 years old. I want to try myself in long distance races. I am in solid form; I can run for a very long time without loosing a breath. One day it would be nice if I compete in a marathon. My goal would be simply to finish the race. Until then I will work hard to achieve this. Do you have any advices for me?
Hello, I would do my best to help you out. You should try to train on some mountain. Your running fitness will be improved if you do that. It will be extremely tough to rum a marathon though. You should try yourself on shorter races before that. Ten kilometers should be enough for the time being. You should also jog every day for several miles. I wish you all the best.
