hi my name is sara i hade my c section on the 6of march 2008 and im gonna start practising all kind of sports and specially to loose the tummy
i didnt gain a lot of weight during my pregnancy but i feel ,like im suffering with the tummy so is it ok if i do the tummy exercise and all kind of sports as long as its not paining me?
hrrm do consult your doctor before following any exercise but for future reference you can note it down, the abs workouts help a lot
