hi, i am 17 M, i suddenly gained a lot if weight and can't get rid of it.
my height is 5,7 and i weight 60 Sad
how do i loose weight fast.. i want my clothes back!
any suggetions ???

By the way According to your height your weight is correct.If you want to reduce the weight then you should start the exercise.And eat fruits and salad and main thing drink at least 6-8 glasses water in one day.Do that things your weight will be reduce surely.
