It depends because there are people that did experience some weight gain and there are those who experienced weight loss. Many reports about the drug state that it usually causes weight loss due to appetite loss but it may depend on whether you are using any other drugs along with lorazepam.

Have you experienced weight gain while on the pills or are you only afraid that you might?

If you are taking lorazepam for anxiety and if you have been under a lot of stress lately, that could be one of the reasons of the weight gain.
