| Hi, I am miss Pigy and will die like one. I am fat and desperate. But I don't like to practice, to exercise, and to sweat my life a little bit. Can I lose fat with dieting alone? Everybody is telling me that it is possible if you really maintain the diet, but I am not sure. Is it really possible without sweats? |

| In some way it is. You can diet, and if you are strict you can lose fat. But nutrition cannot help you to shrink your skin. During dieting your metabolism is changed. You lose fat, but since you don't do exercise your muscles remain week. Yes, you can lose fat without dieting alone, but you still won’t be pretty without exercise. |
